-
Not at all. Sessions are fully personalized to where you are right now — whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years.
-
Ayurveda and yoga are sister sciences that together offer a complete approach to health and wellbeing. Ayurvedic yoga considers your individual constitution, daily rhythms, and lifestyle — tailoring your practice to what your body and mind genuinely need, rather than a one-size-fits-all routine.
-
That’s determined together during your intake session. Some clients come with a clear goal — improving their yoga practice, or understanding their Ayurvedic constitution. Others benefit most from an integrated approach. Ian will listen carefully and recommend what will serve you best.
-
Yes. Yoga offers practical, compassionate tools — breathwork, movement, and meditation — that support the nervous system, build self-awareness, and help cultivate steadiness during recovery.
